Repeat the one-minute test with the same settings and unfamiliar text. Compare accuracy alongside WPM, then note what to practice next.

Before you begin

A few useful answers.

What is a typing platform?

A typing platform brings keyboard learning and practice into one place. Typido combines timed typing tests, keyboard games, practice guides, and guided lessons when available. Choose the activity that matches what you want to improve.

Can I use Typido for free without an account?

Yes. You can take the public typing test and play free starter game levels as a guest. Create an account when you want to save progress. Some course content, game levels, and specialist modes require Pro; the upgrade page explains the available plans.

Should I choose typing lessons, a test, or a game?

Choose lessons when finding keys is still difficult. Use a timed test to measure WPM and accuracy with consistent settings. Choose a game for varied keyboard practice, then return to a comparable test to check your progress.

Will the practice planner guarantee a higher WPM?

No. The planner suggests how to divide a short session between a baseline, focused practice, and a comparable check. It is not an assessment or a prediction. Compare several sessions with the same settings to see whether the practice is helping you.
