Who is behind Typido

Created by Srinivas A.
Built for learning.

I’m Srinivas A, the creator of Typido. I built this platform for educational use: a place to practice typing, try keyboard games, and understand your progress.

Typido is operated by Srinivas A in Davanagere, Karnataka, India. The platform’s website is typido.com.

The idea behind it

Your attention belongs
on your next thought.

Finding a key, fixing the same mistake, losing a sentence while looking down: small interruptions can make a simple task feel harder than it needs to be.

Typido gives you a place to work on that. Whether you are writing an assignment, sending a message, coding, or refining an AI prompt, the aim is the same: feel more at ease putting your thoughts on screen.

A comfortable pace. Accurate words. A reason to come back.

Inside the platform

Test. Play. Notice the progress.

Different ways to practice, connected by one useful skill.

Typing tests

Find your starting point.

Take a typing test and see your words per minute, accuracy, and mistakes. Use the result to notice what needs practice, then compare sessions of a similar length and difficulty.

Practice through play

Give practice a reason to happen.

Follow a moving target, guide a snake, or reveal a drawing. Typing games turn repeated keystrokes into small challenges, with different ways to work on timing, recognition, and control.

About our guidance

Know what your
practice tells you.

Typido publishes practical guides to its typing activities. The accuracy guide explains how the typing test counts speed and mistakes, and the speed guide offers a practice routine you can try.

A typing score describes a particular session. Duration, passage difficulty, and settings affect the result, so compare similar sessions and look at accuracy alongside speed. Practice outcomes vary; the guides do not promise a particular WPM or a fixed improvement time.
