Before you send your request

If you have a subscription, cancel renewal on your billing page. Deleting your account ends your access, including any remaining paid time. Refund questions are handled under the billing policy.

Deletion removes your account profile, sign-in sessions, saved practice history, game progress and leaderboard results from Typido’s active account database. Required payment records may remain with the payment provider. We will explain any other retention exception before processing your request.

Deleting an account does not clear browser storage on your devices. Clearing browser storage does not delete your account. We will explain any backup-retention limits when confirming completion.

Opens a draft in your email app. Nothing is sent or deleted by this page. Send the email to start your request. Do not send your password, payment-card details or identity documents.

Taking a break? We review accounts after 24 months without recorded activity. That review does not automatically delete your account. We will notify you before any proposed inactivity deletion.
